NCCAP 2026 invites original research papers, clinical case studies, systematic reviews and project demonstrations across audiology, speech-language pathology and rehabilitation sciences.

We welcome submissions across the full spectrum of communication sciences and rehabilitation.

Authors notified by email after peer review.
Final manuscript upload using the NCCAP template.
All presenting authors must complete registration.

A dedicated track for student projects, prototypes and technology demonstrations.
Innovation Showcase
Present working prototypes, assistive devices and clinical software demonstrations to industry mentors.
Student Projects
UG and PG projects compete on a dedicated stage with awards in three categories.
Prototype Demos
Live demo booths with electrical/recording infrastructure provided for exhibitors.
Technology Track
AI/ML applications, mobile health platforms and tele-rehab software with peer evaluation.
Submission process
A straightforward four-step process from idea to stage.
Submit Abstract
250-word structured abstract following IMRaD format. Upload as PDF via the submission portal.
Peer Review
Each abstract reviewed by 2 independent experts. Double-blind process with detailed feedback.
Submit Full Paper
Use the NCCAP template (DOCX). Maximum 8 pages including references and figures.
Present at NCCAP
Oral presentations: 12 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A. Posters: A0 portrait, displayed all two days.
Format Guidelines
- File format: DOCX for full papers, PDF for abstracts
- Font: Times New Roman 11pt, 1.5 line spacing
- Maximum 8 pages including references
- APA 7th edition citation style
- Abstract: 250 words structured (Background, Method, Results, Conclusion)
- Maximum 6 figures + 4 tables
